Who we are

Good Faith Hiring is run by Future Tech Jobs Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 17508006), 16a Herga Court, Harrow, London, HA1 3RS. We’re the controller for the personal data described here. Contact us at hello@goodfaithhiring.co.uk.

Visiting the site

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages, protect the site from attacks, and give us visit counts. We only see totals, such as page views per day. We can’t see who you are.

  • No cookies, no local storage and no tracking scripts.
  • No fonts, images or code loaded from anyone else.
  • Lawful basis: legitimate interests, in running a secure site and knowing which pages are useful.

Emailing us

If you email hello@ or reports@, Cloudflare forwards your message to Future Tech Jobs’ email system. We keep your name, email address and what you tell us, to reply and act on it.

  • General emails are kept for 2 years, then deleted.
  • Reports about employers are kept private, and deleted 2 years after we close them. We don’t pass on your identity without your agreement.
  • Lawful basis: legitimate interests, in replying to you and running the standard fairly.

The adopters list

For listed employers, we publish the organisation’s name, careers page, date listed and version. We keep a contact name and email privately, to run the list. These are deleted within 3 months of an organisation leaving the list.

Lawful basis: legitimate interests, in keeping the list accurate.

GitHub

The commitments are discussed on GitHub, which is run by GitHub, Inc. in the United States under its own privacy statement. Anything you post there is public.

Please don’t post personal details about yourself or anyone else. If you do, we’ll remove the post or the details as soon as we see them, and you can ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email hello@goodfaithhiring.co.uk. We’ll reply within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
